Laying the First Brick - IL&FS

Allwave AV began its journey with a clear mission: to bring structured, reliable AV solutions to the Indian enterprise sector. Our first major breakthrough came when we delivered a precision-driven AV setup for IL&FS, a defining moment that validated our potential.

This decade laid the groundwork for our culture of dependability, hands-on experience, and customer-centric thinking. With limited resources but a strong dedication to quality, we transformed minor victories into long-term trust. The 1990s were more than just the beginning of our journey; they were also our testing ground.

Building Scale & Capability

We advanced from room-based projects to enterprise-wide AV rollouts, establishing trust in the corporate sector. Strategic expansion into major locations such as Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune and Bengaluru enabled us to scale operations and support.

This era was characterized by operational maturity and engineering capability. We established in-house design, project management and service teams to manage large-scale rollouts. We distinguish ourselves by continuously delivering high-quality AV systems on a large scale.

Going Global with PSNI

In 2019, AllWave AV joined the PSNI Global Alliance, becoming one of India’s only four certified partners. This strategic approach enables us to provide internationally uniform AV and UC deployments while maintaining localized service and support.

This collaboration was more than simply a badge; it represented a significant step forward. We started working with global integrators on cross-border rollouts, centralized governance structures, and multi-location delivery across continents. PSNI improved our capacity to provide international organizations with the consistency, responsiveness, and accountability that customers require.

Establishing Scalable
Support & Our First NOC

We strengthened our support services framework in 2022, establishing the groundwork for 16×6 customer support, SLA-based response models and organized incident handling using the JIRA Ticketing tool throughout India.

The opening of our first Network Operations Center (NOC), which was created to proactively monitor and maintain AV systems across regions, was the high point of this transition.

We went from being only an integration partner to a long-term service ally this year. We gave our clients quantifiable uptime, quicker response and real-time transparency by implementing predictive alarm systems, escalation mechanisms and Jira ticketing automation. Our post-deployment interaction revolved around the NOC, which made sure that AV systems operated at peak efficiency not just during go-live but also during their entire lives.

Scaling Smart:

This phase is about building for scale without sacrificing precision. Every endeavor, from workflow redesigns to cross-team integrations, aims to empower our team, make deliveries more predictable and improve the transparency and accountability of the client experience.

In 2024-2025, AllWave AV shifted its focus to improving internal processes, cross-functional alignment, and delivery transparency. We integrated Zoho CRM as a unified platform for Sales, Marketing, Design, Estimation, and Project Teams, providing leadership with real-time insight, easier handoffs and a single source of truth across departments.
